Wilma Li is a certified coach and facilitator with a niche in intercultural, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB). She helps leaders and organizations with inclusive leadership effectiveness. She guides leaders in countering bias, cultivating psychological safety and driving engagement to foster an inclusive climate. She has experience as a thought partner in C-Suite and executive coaching in Fortune 500 companies at an individual and team level leading to new insights, shifting paradigms and a fresh way of thinking that supports change and growth. 

Background & Experience

Wilma has over 29 years of experience leading teams in accounting, sales, projects, organizational development, change management and human resources. She’s worked in various industries from agriculture, transportation and real estate to event management, oil and gas, and financial services. She has experience coaching leaders in over 45 industries. Her leadership and executive coaching expertise stems from these leadership roles and over 13 years of human resources (including DEIB) and change management experience. 

Wilma is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a certified Cultural Mastery 4Cs Process Coach, has earned her Cornell University’s Diversity Inclusion Certificate for HR, and is working to complete a Certificate in Intercultural Studies from UBC. For assessments, she is certified in 360 Inclusive Leadership Compass, Individual Cultural Blueprint Indicator (ICBI), Energy Leadership Index – Master Practitioner, Emotional Intelligence (EQi-2.0/EQ360), Leadership Circle Profile (360 assessment), and various DEIB assessments.
