Cadence Wrapped: A Year in Professional Development

What a year it’s been!

Thank you to all of you who have made Cadence a part of you and your team’s professional development journey. We’re proud of all your hard work and accomplishments. To celebrate, we’ve created The Cadence Wrapped—after all, why should Spotify have all the fun?

Leadership and training highlights

We provided executive coaching to 211 professionals—with 20+ coachees earning a promotion in 2024.

You remained curious, with 78 of you deciding to get the full picture of your career with a Cadence 360 Assessment. With these, you’ve received an actionable report detailing your “areas of strength” and “areas of growth”. To accomplish this, we interviewed 800+ colleagues! We also launched our 180 reports which are designed to keep track of your progress and help increase your impact. 

You were eager to learn! A lot of you took one of our leadership and communication courses—2,360 of you! Of the course attendees, 204 of you accepted your credentials badge, which many of you proudly shared on LinkedIn.

    • Course page coming! This course looks at the types of unconscious bias and where it shows up in the workplace. Attendees learn specific techniques to address bias in the performance review/ promotion process and in the hiring process.

  8. The Art of Pitching
    • Course page coming! This course is for anyone who wants to dial in their ability to convince and compel. This session covers the fundamentals of building a solid proposal to sell your goals to leadership, pitch a new idea, or approach a client.
