Carol Vickers is a credentialed professional coach, experienced facilitator and leader who understands the impact of connecting with others in deep relationships. She uses her background in global business operations to provide a depth of understanding of the challenges today’s leaders are facing. Deep listening skills create the space for exploration and awareness, allowing a better vision for taking action and inviting forward motion.
Carol brings three decades of experience with small and medium enterprise management, strategic planning for global luxury real estate development and has overseen the creation and execution of professional training programs available to a world-wide group of learners. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, training that offered deep examination of leadership and innovative enterprises. Carol has the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation and is a certified Mentor Coach and Appreciative Inquiry (AI) Facilitator.
Carol’s commitment to social enterprise and significant change inspired her to join the board of Community Micro Lending and to participate in the development of a specific coach training program for Indigenous individuals in Canada.
Fundamentally, Carol brings a lens of Appreciative Inquiry to all of her coaching and facilitating. The principles of AI support every conversation by looking at what’s the best of the present that can be developed into the future. Exploration of several coaching models and modalities allowed her to develop an approach that creates substantial traction and growth with organizations and individual clients.
