An Executive & Leadership Coach, who works 1:1 as well as with Teams and Groups,  Caz has worked at senior leader level across a diversity of international & UK-based corporate organisations & industries including FMCG, Energy, Engineering, Media, Retail, Financial Services, Tech, Automotive, Professional Associations, as well as Public Sector. Her clients appreciate her calm, grounded, creative and pragmatic approach balancing support & challenge as needed, as well as her knowledge about coaching – working as a Coach Tutor, Mentor Coach & Coach Supervisor with internationally accredited (ICF, EMCC, AC) coach-training programmes.

Caz has coached extensively at Director and Senior Manager level, as well as working with Teams in a range of industries of varying sizes and complexities.

She brings a broad HR background, having worked as an HR Director for several decades in different industries, as well as having experience in the Learning & Development field.

Caz’s clients are often seeking a Coach to explore leadership, career or team dynamics, where there may be a need to focus on specific areas of growth or challenge, often seeking to strengthen their impact, improve engagement of their teams; enhance influence & confidence, relationships and communication, and sometimes exploring or consolidating career choices and new opportunities.

Caz’s own leadership experience comes from a range of international and UK roles, covering a breadth of industries. Her experience ranges from Global organisations of 30,000+ employees where she has lived and worked abroad, through to start-ups, and everything in between.
