As we close out 2025, we reflect on what an incredible year it’s been for Cadence and the leaders we’ve had the privilege to support. From executive coaching to leadership development courses, this year was all about helping professionals lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose. Coaching That Transforms Leaders
This year, 255 people experienced Cadence coaching. Whether it was 1-on-1 executive coaching or team-focused sessions, we saw leaders step into their potential and drive meaningful change in their organizations.
And speaking of impact, 61 leaders received a Cadence 360, gaining deep insights into their leadership style through feedback from peers, direct reports, and stakeholders. We also conducted 6 team 360s, giving teams insight into their dynamics and culture. With over 650 individual interviews conducted, we helped leaders and teams see the big picture and embrace growth.
Learning That Scales
Leadership isn’t just about individual growth; it’s about building strong teams and cultures. In 2025, we facilitated 88 courses which were attended by 3,000 participants worldwide. That’s 3,000 professionals investing in their leadership journey!
We also awarded 346 Credly badges, recognizing the commitment and achievement of leaders who completed our programs. Badges aren’t just digital—they’re a symbol of progress and dedication to excellence as a professional.
